Step 1 - Go To Create A Dial-Up Connection
Open My Computer, then open Dial-Up Networking
Step 2 - Make New Connection Wizard - CompuLink
Double-click Make New Connection Wizard.
Type in CompuLink for the connection name.
The selected modem should be fine, so click Next after entering the connection name.
Step 3 - Make New Connection Wizard - (919) 269-8986
Enter the Dial-up phone number using area code 919 and phone number 269-8986.
The hyphen isn't important, here. It's up to you whether you type it or not.
The default Country Code, United States, is fine as it is. Click Next.
Step 4 - Make New Connection Wizard - Finish!
Click Finish
Step 5 - New Connection
You should now have a connection labeled CompuLink.
Step 6 - Connect to CompuLink
Double-click the connection to open the Connect Dialog box.
Enter your username and password and click Connect for the computer to save the
new data. Click on Save Password if you don't want to have type your password
every time you want to get on the internet.
